- The sale of products by Virginia Tile Company, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (Company), or any of its affiliates including items purchased on https://overstock.virginiatile.com are applicable to these Terms and Conditions without modification. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that these Terms and Conditions.
- All items are Final Sale.
- All items not returnable.
- All payments for items sold are final and not refundable.
- Company will not accept any Claims for product flaws, shade lots or defects, installations, packaging, shipment or any other issue resulting in a product being damaged or misrepresented in any way.
- All items are shipped via the Company’s preferred provider with no exceptions.
- Company is not responsible for damages to products during shipping.
- Buyer assumes full responsibility that the products purchased meet the specifications and/or intended use of the Buyer, and Company makes no representation with respect to them.
- Manufacturer’s warranty on products is void at time of purchase.
PLEASE INSPECT ALL GOODS FOR ACCEPTANCE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
ALL CERAMIC AND STONE TILES ARE SOLD SUBJECT TO VARIATIONS IN SHADE AND SIZE FROM TILE TO TILE.
NO GUARANTEE IS MADE AGAINST CRAZING OF GLAZED TILE.
NO GUARANTEE IS MADE AGAINST WEAR, SCRATCHING, OR CHIPPING.
